Position Summary: The Manager, Leadership Development, is responsible for maintaining the organization and operations of the Leadership Development team and ensuring key deliverables are provided on time to internal and external stakeholders. They will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact leadership development initiatives, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency, and successful program delivery.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, the ability to maintain a stationary position for an extended period. Ability to lift and move over 20 lbs. Ability to work 16+ hour days when managing meetings onsite.
