Job DescriptionPURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Manager, Leader and Culture Development is responsible for designing (in collaboration with the Director), implementing, and improving leadership development programs that build the capability of supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders across Lone Star College System. This position serves as an internal organizational development resource, partnering with leaders to support leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, team performance, and organizational culture.
The Manager develops learning experiences, leadership resources, supervisory tools, and organizational development programs that align with the System's mission, culture, career pathways, and strategic priorities. This role also manages organizational development projects and programs and provides support to leaders on leadership development, team effectiveness, and employee growth.

Hiring salary range is $54,528-$62,707
Lone Star College provides a hiring salary range for all posted full-time non-faculty positions. Where your salary offer would fall in that range is determined by your related experience and education.
