HMSHost seeks a Manager of Joint Venture Accounting to oversee financial reporting, distributions, and contract compliance for joint ventures. You will ensure accurate loan tracking, ledger reconciliation, and collaboration with external auditors.
The role requires 3–6 years in accounting, a BA/BS in accounting or finance, and preference for CPA/CMA/MBA and JV experience within hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors. This position is based at the Bethesda, MD location with growth opportunities.

Purpose: The purpose of the Manager of Joint Venture (JV) Accounting is to assist all aspects of accounting for joint ventures. The responsibilities include financial reporting, profit sharing and cash distribution calculations, management fees calculations, loan tracking, maintaining compliance with financial terms of JV contracts, assist in audits with external auditors, and reconciling all related general ledger account, as mandated by JV agreements.
