Join us.**Job Description:**Oversee the design, development, and delivery of business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Manage a team of Bl developers and analysts, ensuring timely and quality delivery of dashboards, reports, and data models. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define Bl strategy, and implement best practices for data governance and analytics. Key responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in Bl capabilities. Oversee IT solutions delivery for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Lead a team responsible for application development, integration, and maintenance across multiple platforms. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions. Develop and maintain enterprise data models supporting analytics, operational reporting, and executive dashboards. Oversee integration of data from multiple enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization. Establish and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and solution-delivery methodologies across the Bl and IT Solutions Delivery teams. Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to improve solution performance and enhance Bl and application-delivery capabilities. Partner with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to design technology solutions supporting strategic initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, including software providers, integration partners, and support organizations, ensuring adherence to contractual and performance expectations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as automation of manual processes, enhancement of data quality, and optimization of reporting pipelines. Ensure all solutions comply with corporate security, data privacy policies, and regulatory requirements. Position is fixed based in West Union, SC office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be allowed up to 2 days per week.**Job Requirements:**Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a directly related field plus three (3) years of IT solutions delivery, application development, or a related technical role.
