Role Overview

As a member of Point72's Technology team, you will lead the design and execution of a high-impact roadmap to transition IT service management platforms, building a modern, scalable platform that transforms how the firm delivers IT services.

What You Will Do

Lead the design and execution of a high-impact roadmap to transition IT service management platforms, build and manage the end-to-end migration program, design and configure the service management platform, and optimize workflows and implement automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT service management transformations and platform implementations
• Demonstrated success implementing and scaling IT service management platforms in large enterprise environments with multiple workstreams and vendors
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, integrations, APIs, data migration, and data management practices
• Expertise in driving organizational change and user adoption for new systems, including training and communication planning
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, technical teams, and end-users
• Strong problem‑solving and structured decision‑making abilities with experience resolving complex technical and operational tradeoffs
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on building high‑performing teams and delivering results through cross‑functional partnership
