Centene seeks a senior leader to manage program managers, providing guidance across large projects in both waterfall and agile environments. You will oversee staffing, budgets, risks, and performance while aligning IT objectives with business goals.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience; PMP and SAFe Scrum Master certifications are preferred. This role supports flexible work arrangements across the United States.
Manages program managers who are responsible for providing the overarching leadership and guidance on programs and large projects (both waterfall and agile). Staffs project and program managers, provides oversight for programs and projects, serving as a point of escalation as needed. Delivers, measures, and manages performance in addition to providing input and collaboration on interdependencies within projects, programs, and systems.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
One or more of the following skills are desired.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
Pay Range: $121,500.00 - $224,900.00 per year
