About the Role:

The Manager, IT Accounting/Finance/Supply Chain Business Partner will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to manage departmental strategic plans related to technology, ensuring scalability, automation, and efficiency.

Must have experience in IT within pharmaceutical/regulated environments, including ERP, NetSuite, Coupa, Planful, Workiva, and other specified systems. The role involves managing vendor relationships, external consulting, and ensuring compliance with regulations like FDA, SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

• Strategic planning for business solutions supporting Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborating with business partners to translate needs into system requirements.
• Managing system development, maintenance, and compliance.
• Leading projects, policies, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
• Facilitating cross-functional activities, prioritizing features, and developing roadmaps.
• Gathering requirements, supporting training, managing UAT, and change management.
• Measuring feature effectiveness, documenting issues, and managing personnel.

Requirements:

• BS/BA in related field with 6+ years of IT experience in pharma or Master’s with 4+ years.
• Experience with enterprise system launches/upgrades, agile methodologies, and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, project management, data analysis, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

The expected annual salary range is $128,200 - $185,900, with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
