Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for process management and governance of IT services in its skill area.
  • Definition and implementation of IT services in its skill area.
  • Management of overall IT budget in its skill area.
  • Lead the IT team in its skill area and establish a high-performance IT organization.
  • Business partnering for Business Process Owners/Managers.
  • Contribution to Incident Management and Problem Management.
  • Process management and governance for IT Service Operation.
  • Management of incidents, problems, access, events and request fulfillment.
  • Account for and streamline operational services across business processes by driving continuous improvement (integration).
  • Monitor external partners on operational level.
  • Responsible for crisis coping.
  • Service Level Fulfillment (operate by design).
  • Contribute to establish a high-performance IT organization.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Substantial knowledge in Application systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, Quality & MES, SRM, Financial Reporting and Management, HCM, Integration Services, IT Service Management tools, Business analytics Systems).
  • Broad knowledge in Financial processes, HCM processes, Sales processes, Sourcing processes, Production processes, Logistics processes, Quality processes, PDM processes, CAX processes, EDI supported processes, IT Service Management processes for Automotive Suppliers.
  • On-Site: Must be within a commutable distance and willing to work in a hybrid setting (up to two days per week work from home).
