Job summary

Providence Saint Joseph Health seeks a Manager IS Applications to lead enterprise application initiatives in a hybrid work model. You will oversee customer and employee satisfaction and ensure accurate IS task execution across facilities and affiliates.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and experience deploying and supporting ERP systems such as Oracle Applications and Infor Lawson, with emphasis on HR, payroll, and talent management modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent education/experience.
• 5 years Information Services leadership experience.
• 8 years total relevant experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional communication.
• 8 years Application design/implementation of large-scale ERP systems (Oracle/Infor Lawson).
• Experience with HR modules: Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Payroll.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years Information Services leadership experience.
• 8 years Total relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience: Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree Information Services, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field.
• 2 years of experience with not-for-profit healthcare services sector.
• Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.
• Experience with vendor management including contract negotiation and relationship management.
• Proven capability to build productive outcomes using networked teams in dynamic organization environments.
• Experience developing and managing an operation and project budget for an information services organization.
• Key experience highlights include Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
