We are looking for a Manager to oversee digital strategies and media plans for our client's products. You will supervise a team, develop media strategies, and ensure quality control of campaigns.
Key responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, managing media budgets, and collaborating with analytics and creative teams. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years in media planning, strong communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Prisma and Mediaocean.
The Manager reports to the Associate Director and supervises a team of Senior Associates and Associates. The Manager develops digital strategies and coordinates media plans for our client's products and/or services. They will work closely with the media and analytics team to maintain quality control of the media campaigns in market and continually evaluate and improve performance against client goals. The Manager is key to building and maintaining industry publisher relationships. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can be a mentor to junior planners, a leader within the agency, and a partner with our clients.

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $111,320 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
