Position Summary...

The Workplace Investigations team is looking for a Manager, Investigations, part of the broader Global Governance organization within the Global Investigations division. This role conducts U.S.-based Ethics investigations and provides evidence-based reports to the ethics team to facilitate appropriate workplace decisions.

What you'll do...

• Lead independent, thorough, timely, and cost-effective investigations following Global Investigations policies, applicable laws, and Walmart's core beliefs.
• Handle investigations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, conflicts of interest, fraud schemes, and other ethical violations.
• Manage a high volume of cases without compromising quality.
• Follow Global Investigations’ writing standards and conduct interviews, analyze data, and identify risks.
• Build relationships with Investigation, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and Business partners to identify trends and emerging risks.

What you’ll bring...

• At least 2 years’ investigative experience in harassment, discrimination, or workplace violence investigations.
• Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates Interview & Interrogation Certification.
• Certified Fraud Investigator (CFI) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certifications.
• Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) Certification.
