Qualifications

The Manager, Investigations leads comprehensive internal investigations by analyzing data from multiple sources to identify risks, trends, and root causes impacting the business. This role manages evidence collection and collaborates with legal and leadership teams to support decision-making. The position serves as a central resource for identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, developing reporting tools, and driving investigative process improvements. The manager fosters strong cross-functional partnerships, promotes ethical standards, and supports talent development to ensure effective, data-driven resolution of complex business concerns.

The Global Investigation-US team is committed to protecting company assets by identifying risks and conducting thorough investigations into complex matters. Collaborating with business units and law enforcement, the team ensures adherence to ethical standards. Utilizing advanced investigative techniques, data analysis, and clear communication, members provide actionable insights that support strategic decisions. The team fosters continuous learning, adaptability, and effective risk management within a collaborative environment, maintaining consistent global quality while upholding the highest standards of conduct across all operations.

What you’ll do…

• Proven experience conducting internal and fraud investigations, with strong case management skills.
• Expertise in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify risks, trends, and root causes.
• Ability to assemble comprehensive evidentiary packages and communicate findings clearly to leadership and legal counsel.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in creating investigative tools and reporting formats to support business decision-making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and a foundational understanding of AI applications to support investigative strategies, evidence analysis, and reporting.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
