Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced investigator to lead internal and fraud investigations, collect and analyze data, and assemble evidence packets for stakeholders. The role emphasizes ethics, cross-functional collaboration, and tool development to improve processes.

You will mentor investigative teams, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement while upholding integrity and accountability in all actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 1 year’s experience in research, forensic science, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in research, forensic science, or related area.
• Proven experience conducting internal and fraud investigations.
• Strong case management skills.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership managing investigative teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity and compliance.
• Proficiency in data collection, research methodologies, and evidence assembly.
• Capacity to develop investigative tools and reporting formats.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
• Preferred: Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt certification
