Global Public Company is seeking a Manager of International Tax to lead tax planning and cross‑jurisdiction compliance. The role requires a strong U.S. international tax background and strategic execution across global tax initiatives.

The position is Boston-based with three onsite days per week and involves directing tax returns, audits, and intercompany planning, while partnering with finance and operations to optimize tax structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international tax experience.
• Public accounting and multinational corporate tax experience preferred.
• Strong U.S. international tax technical background in GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTC.
• ASC 740 / tax provision experience.
• CPA and/or MST preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax planning insights and research to optimize tax structures globally.
• Evaluate tax impacts related to intercompany transactions, restructurings, entity rationalizations, capital planning projects.
• Lead the evaluation of U.S. International Tax positions such as GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and FTC.
• Lead the timely filing of tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee tax audits and controversy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Partner with tax operations, transfer pricing, and indirect tax teams to ensure that tax considerations for business initiatives are evaluated.
• Supervise global tax developments; support readiness and compliance with global tax initiatives.
• Drive improvements to standardize, streamline, and automate workflows and tax processes.
