Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple intelligent automation initiatives from intake and planning through build, testing, release, and production stabilization.
  • Manage scope, estimates, schedules, capacity, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments across the automation portfolio.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog readiness, standups, delivery reviews, retrospectives, and other appropriate Agile or flow-based delivery practices.
  • Maintain clear delivery visibility and proactively drive risks and issues to resolution.

  • Partner with technical leads, architects, and Quality Engineering to ensure solutions follow established engineering standards and include appropriate testing, release readiness, defect management, and production validation.
  • Establish and maintain delivery metrics, including throughput, cycle time, predictability, velocity, backlog health, capacity, defects, and production stability; maintain RAID and get-to-green actions for material risks and issues.
  • Provide concise, transparent status reporting and continuously improve intake, estimation, planning, execution, release, support, and cross-functional collaboration processes.
Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of experience across technology delivery, software engineering, automation, technical program management, or related functions required.
  • 3 or more years managing engineering or technology delivery teams required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches required.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform, UiPath, enterprise automation, APIs, integrations, and modern software delivery practices required.
  • Strong experience with estimation, capacity planning, resource allocation, dependency management, RAID management, and executive status reporting required.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable delivery management platforms required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing distributed, offshore, contractor, or vendor-supported engineering teams preferred.
  • Experience with automation Centers of Excellence (CoEs), intelligent automation programs, or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred.
