Day to Day

• Drive deployment of APIs and integrations with partner applications.

• Guide partners through discovery, build, and go-live stages to ensure quality delivery.

• Serve as a technical advisor to Sales and CS teams on APIs and integration solutions.

• Manage a team delivering and supporting ATS integrations for enterprise clients.

• Allocate integration work, balancing workloads and monitoring bandwidth.

• Refine processes for consistent, scalable integration rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment of APIs and partner integrations.

• Evaluate technical requirements, scope, and feasibility of new integrations.

• Provide technical guidance on APIs, data, security, and architectures.

• Manage integration pipeline, set expectations, and align delivery timing.

• Manage and develop a team to ensure high-quality service and timely responses.

• Communicate opportunities for improvement to development teams.

Skills/Competencies

• 8+ years experience with large-scale integrations and APIs.

• Proven team leadership delivering client solutions with APIs and integrations.

• Proven written, verbal, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Deep comprehension of HR technology platforms and dependencies.

• Familiarity with Javascript, JSON, REST APIs, XML, SQL, and IQL.

• Knowledge of web UI structures including HTML, CSS, and URL parameters.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
