About The Team

To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our consumer business at DoorDash. The integrated marketing team is responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.

About The Role

The Consumer Integrated Marketing team seeks a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. Reporting to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager for DashPass Benefits, you will define strategies to test and launch new DashPass features and benefits, and drive engagement with current benefits. Collaborating with Product and Strategy & Operations teams, you will surface audience insights to inform the roadmap and build go-to-market campaigns that create member value and increase awareness and adoption of DashPass benefits.

  • Define and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new features, from audience definition and value proposition development to launch and ongoing engagement.
  • Partner with research and analytics teams to understand the consumer audience and surface opportunities for leadership to inform the roadmap.
  • Identify the needs of DashPass members and work with business strategy to test and launch benefits that increase customer conversion and retention.
  • Drive increased conversion through collaboration with analytics, product management, and business strategy teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing programs at scale, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Communications, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Analytics.
We’re Excited About You Because You Have…
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years in B2C marketing with successful go-to-market launches that impact adoption and revenue.
  • Ability to think like a GM, manage cross-functional projects, and communicate effectively with consumers and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills for senior leaders and external partners.
  • Experience analyzing data, making data-driven decisions, and leveraging intuition when data is limited.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving unsolved problems and building innovative solutions.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with marketing (CRM, paid media, creative), analytics, and product teams.
