Job summary

Franklin Building Supply in Caldwell, ID is seeking a Store Leader to run a profitable, customer-focused operation. You will own the store’s performance, lead a team of hourly associates, and drive sales growth by leveraging customer insights and market trends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service fundamentals and experience in building and managing a customer-first culture across the store.
• Skills in retail business financials (e.g. payroll, profit and loss) and driving sales growth.
• Experience creating store-specific strategies and managing your team to deliver results.
• Knowledge of retail business fundamentals for the total store: sales trends, inventory management, and pricing and promotions strategies.
