DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Inside Post-Sale to lead a high-performing team driving revenue growth and merchant retention for our SMB base. You’ll coach talent, own performance outcomes, and shape strategies that accelerate product adoption.
This role blends sales leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-scaling environment. You’ll partner across Strategy/Ops, Product, Marketing, and Support to enable merchants’ success.
The Inside Post‑Sale team is focused on driving retention, satisfaction, and growth across our SMB merchant base. We partner closely with sales, onboarding, account management, and solutions teams to deliver meaningful impact for our merchants every day.

As Manager, Inside Post‑Sale, you will lead a high‑performing team responsible for growing and retaining one of DoorDash’s most important merchant segments. You’ll own performance outcomes, coach and develop talent, and shape the strategies that power revenue growth and product adoption.
This role blends sales leadership, operational rigor, and cross‑functional partnership — ideal for a leader who loves building teams and improving systems in a fast‑scaling environment.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

$116,960—$172,000 USD
The total on‑target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$146,200—$215,000 USD
