Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Governance to lead cloud governance initiatives within a highly regulated healthcare context. You will guide security policy enforcement, risk remediation, and continuous monitoring across multi-cloud environments, partnering with engineering, security, and audit teams.

This role blends hands-on cloud security expertise with mentorship and governance discipline, driving regulatory readiness for HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, and GDPR while expanding CSPM

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in security compliance governance or cloud security engineering.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring engineering teams.
• Hands-on with multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with security frameworks, especially NIST CSF.
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, and GDPR.
• Experience with CSPM and cloud-native security tools.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Governance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide cloud and infrastructure governance efforts with a strong focus on security compliance, policy enforcement, and continuous monitoring across complex multi-cloud environments.

The manager will partner closely with engineering, security, and audit stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve remediation speed, and support regulatory readiness.

This position is well suited for a leader who can combine hands-on cloud security expertise with team mentorship and governance discipline in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,300 – $178,900 annually
