Care New England Health System seeks a Manager of Infection Prevention to lead the infection prevention program with clinical and executive partners, minimizing infection risk for patients, families and staff while adhering to regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, CIC certification, RN licensure, and strong skills in data analysis, policy development, and teams leadership to drive improvement across Kent Hospital and the network.
The Manager of Infection Prevention, in conjunction with the Quality Director, Chief Medical Officer, and Infection Disease Director, oversees the development, implementation and management of an Infection Prevention program that minimizes infectious risk to patients, families and team members and complies with current requirements of regulatory, government and accrediting/licensing agencies and organizational policies and procedures.
