Job summary

Care New England is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nursing Director in building a high-reliability culture of safety. This role oversees daily unit operations to keep the department running smoothly and effectively, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to uphold high standards of patient care.

Preferred is a Masters degree with RN licensure in Rhode Island. Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds may be required in this role.

Job Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager’s duties and responsibilities are assisting the Nursing Director in building and maintaining a high reliable culture of safety. He/she helps their manager by overseeing the daily operations of their units to ensure the department runs smoothly and effectively.
