Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a global leader in technology and software is seeking a Manager, Income Tax to join their company in Saint Louis, MO. The client offers excellent salary and benefits, tuition reimbursement, discount on sporting tickets, and free gym. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to develop their skills and grow. This position is scheduled as 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. Duties:

• Manager, Income Tax will oversee the entire preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax income
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Audit Support
• As a Manager, Income Tax, you will work with external auditors and tax advisors as needed
• Stay updated on tax legislation and regulatory changes that may impact the company
• Work closely with other departments
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and CPA is preferred
• 5+ years of working experience, with a focus on 1-2 years of management, BIG 4 experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
