Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manager, Income Tax in Orlando, FL. Hybrid work arrangement with Fridays remote, onsite four days a week. The role leads corporate income tax compliance, ASC 740 provisions, and regulatory reporting for a large organization.

You will manage federal, state, local, Canadian, and international tax matters, mentor a Tax Analyst, and collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to drive accurate tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, federal corporate tax, and multi-state compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex tax analyses.
• Active CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, Canadian, state, and local income tax returns
• Execute quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions
• Maintain tax workpapers, audit trails, reporting controls, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate tax filings, payments, and deliverables with external consultants and auditors
• Research complex tax matters and communicate recommendations to leadership
