The American Red Cross seeks a creative Manager, Incentive Compensation Programs to evaluate, design, and develop incentive programs across various businesses and levels. This role provides strategic leadership and consultation to senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to craft incentive programs aligned with our mission and priorities. The position involves strategic influence, project leadership, and tactical execution.
The work location is fully remote. The selected candidate will work from anywhere in the U.S., preferably on East or Central time zones.
This role involves managing people, interpreting policies, and overseeing processes affecting subordinate units.
Qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. as the organization does not sponsor visas.
Starting at $120K–$140K annually. No annual bonus is offered.
Salaries are location-specific, based on skills, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary details will be discussed during the phone screening.
