Crunch Fitness is seeking a Manager in Training to support club growth through lead generation and sales while delivering an exceptional member experience at the front desk and related departments.

You will oversee front desk operations, uphold company policies, and help maintain Crunch brand integrity. This full-time, hourly non-exempt role offers commission based on performance and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Lead generation and sales targets to grow membership
• Deliver exceptional member experience at front desk
• Uphold uniform and front desk policies
• Proactive front desk operations and guest services

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and kickoff bookings
• Conduct tours and inquiries for prospective members
• Attend events and identify community opportunities for exposure
• Oversee front desk systems: check-in, registrations, purchases, delinquent accounts, inquiries
• Ensure policy and brand integrity across operations
