Osprey Cove Golf Club, located in St. Marys, Georgia, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is seeking a Manager in Training. Designed by PGA Tour winner Mark McCumber, the course is renowned for its natural beauty and has received numerous accolades, including being listed among Golfweek’s “Top 5 in Georgia” and Golf and Travel’s “Top 100 Modern Courses.”

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to department-specific operations
• Perform administrative duties and recordkeeping
• Monitor safety conditions and employee compliance with safety procedures; update emergency plans and ensure effective training
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans, reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Coordinate training and professional development for self and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to walk, stand for long periods, sit, bend, and use hands for handling objects

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including temperatures over 90°F and below 40°F
• Work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, and chemicals; noise levels may be loud
