With 41 locations in Arizona and 35 in Colorado, Cobblestone has been delivering top-quality service for over 25 years. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing profit and loss in a retail environment. As a Manager in Training, you will oversee various operations and contribute to our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Control profit and loss, minimize labor, supplies, and damages.
• Training & Development: Develop current and new employees through effective training initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition: Attract and hire talent effectively using company resources.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is operational, submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to foster customer loyalty.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with management, staff, and customers.
• Leadership & Innovation: Demonstrate leadership qualities and explore new strategies for business improvement.
• Attention to Detail & Reliability: Ensure operational excellence and reliable transportation for training and meetings.

What We Offer

• Compensation: MIT position pays $40-45K/year; Assistant GMs earn $50-60K/year; GMs earn $60-75K/year (base + incentives).
