Braswell & Son Pawnbrokers in North Little Rock is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to lead jewelry and luxury sales. Successful candidates will have a strong leadership background and retail experience. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, managing inventory, and promoting community engagement. Competitive compensation between $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, along with various benefits such as 401(k) matching and health insurance are offered for this full-time position.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working with jewelry, luxury goods, or high-value retail items.
• Strong track record of job stability and professional growth.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Comfort using social media to promote products and engage with the community.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the sales floor and set the tone for customer experience.
• Buy, sell, and loan on jewelry, gold, luxury goods, and high-value items.
• Coach team members and develop their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Assist with daily store operations, inventory control, and merchandising.
• Drive store performance through sales, customer relationships, and team accountability.
• Support community engagement and store visibility through social media.
