Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in Austin, TX seeks a Manager in Training to lead and develop store teammates. You will supervise training, scheduling, and performance management while upholding attendance, safety, and uniform standards to keep operations running smoothly.

In this role you’ll drive store growth through coaching, inventory controls, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities to lead safety and policy meetings and advance into higher store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must have experience with a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Excellent communication with guests and teams at all levels.
• Willing to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

From overseeing computer-based and on-the-job training to upholding essential policies like attendance, safety, and uniform standards, you'll be at the forefront of our team's success.
