107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training I at 11944 Dorsett Rd, Maryland Heights, MO 63043. This entry-level management role will lead store teammates, oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in safety and policy meetings to ensure smooth operations.

You will gain growth opportunities, builds teams, and contribute to guest satisfaction while supporting store profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and all levels within the organization.
• Willingness to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financial health through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and interview techniques.

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
