Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training in St Louis to lead store teammates and ensure smooth operation. You will oversee training, attendance policies, safety and uniform standards, and may conduct safety and policy meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, interviewing techniques and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and meet business needs.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

From overseeing computer-based and on-the-job training to upholding essential policies like attendance, safety, and uniform standards, you’ll be at the forefront of our team's success. HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:

UNDER THE HOOD – WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus. Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center. Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates. Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization. Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
