QXO is seeking a Manager In Training to join our team and learn the ins and outs of running a branch operation. You will gain knowledge across Production, Sales Operations and more, under experienced mentors to prepare for a future management role.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years in construction management/distribution, and must be willing to relocate and travel up to 20% for training.

Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as Production, Sales Operations and more, as it pertains to our insulation business.
