Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking top-level, hands-on management candidates for a Manager in Training program. Trainees will complete comprehensive training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the Store and the Company.

The program offers significant management and sales experience and accelerates leadership development within our nationwide automotive maintenance network.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation with hands-on management skills.
• Top-notch customer service skills with a desire to build long term trust and relationships with our customers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
• Greet customers courteously and provide high-level service
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person or by phone
• Consult customers on service needs and update on vehicle progress
• Provide customers with a positive experience
• Ensure company standards are met and exceeded
• Be involved in every aspect of store operations
• Communicate accurately with teammates and technicians to set time commitments
• Step in to take on additional duties when needed
