Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Madison, WI is seeking a Manager in Training to develop store leadership and supervise daily operations. You’ll coach teammates, manage scheduling, enforce safety and attendance policies, and participate in store safety and policy meetings.

In this full-time role you’ll help drive profitability through sales, inventory controls and guest satisfaction, while building a strong team via recruiting and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and drive for a Profit & Loss center.
• Ability to motivate Teammates and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, to include appropriate resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

• Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
