Jiffy Lube International, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training in Lake St. Louis, MO to lead and develop store teammates. You will oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards while promoting strong guest service and store efficiency.

In this hands-on role you’ll coach, schedule, manage inventory and cash controls, drive sales, and pursue opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and all levels.
• Compliance with relevant regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
