Jiffy Lube Lincoln seeks a Manager in Training to lead and develop store teammates, overseeing training and on-the-job development while upholding attendance, safety and uniform standards. You will participate in safety and policy meetings and help ensure smooth store operations.

You’ll drive store performance through coaching, scheduling, inventory control, guest service, and profit-and-loss management, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and supervise Teammates and manage guest satisfaction.
• Experience with profit and loss responsibilities and scheduling.
