Socket.dev is hiring a Manager in Training in Memphis to lead and develop the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach Teammates, manage scheduling, drive sales and profits, and uphold attendance, safety, and uniform standards while participating in safety meetings. This role offers growth and development opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and full P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building and grounds are well maintained.

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:
