Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Manager in Training in Georgia to join a high-volume, fast-paced center and grow into management across departments. This entry-level program includes extensive training and development of leadership and guest service skills.

You will work weekends/holidays, bring a positive attitude, and demonstrate a strong work ethic as you progress toward departmental leadership roles within our family-owned center.

Qualifications

• Entry-level manager in training program with extensive cross-department training.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Foster a fun, guest-focused atmosphere.
• Identify and resolve guest experience issues.
• Oversee daily location operations and cleanliness.
• Assist with training and validation of staff.

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. This role as a Manager in Training is an entry level role where we will prepare you to take on any management position within our centers.

This position will be going through extensive training in all departments to fully learn all aspects of our business. Our goal is to have you ready to jump in at any time to the next level.
