Job summary

Maplefields & R.L. Vallee is seeking a Manager in Training to develop comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including store side, food service and management tasks. You will work with the District Manager to support stores across the district while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and assist with scheduling gaps.
• Willingness to work as cashier, stock, and food service tasks.
• Learn Store Manager tasks: cash balancing, invoicing, ordering, scheduling.
• Train new staff and travel between locations as needed.

Position Description:Always greet and provide excellent customer service with customers. A Manager in Training will have comprehensive knowledge of general operations within the store, including store side, food service and management duties.
