Serenity is seeking a Manager in Training to accelerate your leadership and business acumen in healthcare. You will participate in rotations across clinic roles, gain comprehensive knowledge, and learn to drive patient experience while supporting business growth.

Relocation is required; this role emphasizes mentorship, data-driven care, and strategic consultations to prepare you for a future operations leadership position within Serenity.

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study.
• 2+ years of sales experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study, demonstrating your aptitude for leadership and team management.
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality and effectively resolve common patient or customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Embrace a patient-centric culture while demonstrating a genuine passion for driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives.
