The program provides comprehensive training, product knowledge, proven sales philosophy and management methodologies, with relocation as needed to assume management of a Riddle’s Jewelry store. Our ideal Retail Manager Trainee candidate will have a strong background in Retail Management, Sales, Personnel Management, Communications, and/or Business. They will be self-motivated, and goal driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully.

Retail Manager Trainees should be prepared to relocate as necessary for them to easily transition into taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store. Due to the nature of this position relocation is a possibility.
