Overview

State and Liberty Clothing Co. is seeking motivated individuals for our fast-track Manager in Training program. The program is tailored for those aiming to acquire business and management experience. You will be assigned to a designated city with mentorship from experienced Store Managers. Upon completion of this 6-12 month program, there is potential to lead your store.

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr. The pay range is provided by State and Liberty Clothing Co.; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Speak with your recruiter to learn more.

Location: Training will take place at our Miami location.

Responsibilities

• Utilize critical thinking to plan day-to-day operations, prioritize tasks, adapt to business needs, and provide timely feedback.
• Create an outstanding guest experience and oversee all aspects of the store including products, operations, and people.
• Be accountable for the total guest experience, ensuring an authentic level of service through product knowledge, community, and culture.
• Speak authentically about our product, community, and culture and communicate honestly and with kindness to create an inclusive environment for others to do the same.
