As a Manager Trainee, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will prepare you for a leadership role at one of the busiest travel centers around. • Hands-On Operational Training: Get practical, on-the-job training in managing the day-to-day operations of the Kenly 95 Petro facility. This includes learning how to oversee fuel services, retail operations, inventory management, safety protocols, and more. • Customer Service Excellence: Learn how to create a customer-first culture by providing exceptional service. During your training, you'll work alongside the management team to address customer feedback, handle complaints, and ensure that every guest has a top-tier experience.
