Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy Grand Island location. You’ll coach teams, oversee daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction while managing costs and quality standards.

You’ll bring at least 1 year supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a hospitality mindset. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within a trusted brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in food service.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and passion for people.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Basic business math and computer skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work peak business periods (lunch and dinner rushes).
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good background check.
• Must reside near store location.
