The Riddle’s Group Inc based in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking an energetic and organized Retail Manager Trainee to join the management team. This full-time role offers relocation possibilities to support taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry store and features a comprehensive training program.

Our ideal Retail Manager Trainee candidate will have a strong background in Retail Management, Sales, Personnel Management, Communications, and/or Business. They will be self-motivated, and goal driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully.

Retail Manager Trainees should be prepared to relocate as necessary for them to easily transition into taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store. Due to the nature of this position relocation is a possibility.
