The Riddle’s Group Inc. in Dubuque, IA is seeking an energetic Retail Manager Trainee to join our store leadership team. You’ll build strong customer relationships, lead sales staff, and learn our business from the ground up.

Ideal candidates have a background in Retail Management, Sales, and personnel leadership, with excellent communication skills and a drive to grow with the company. Relocation may be required as you transition into a store leadership role.

Our ideal Retail Manager Trainee candidate will have a strong background in Retail Management, Sales, Personnel Management, Communications, and/or Business. They will be self-motivated, and goal driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully.

Retail Manager Trainees should be prepared to relocate as necessary for them to easily transition into taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store. Due to the nature of this position relocation is a possibility.
