Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to help oversee daily gym operations and enhance member experiences. You will recruit, train and support staff, greet members, conduct tours, and address service issues while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

In this role you will back up the Club Manager, help schedule shifts, monitor promotions, and ensure policy compliance.
