Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, values people and career growth. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team, ensure service excellence, and manage day-to-day operations in our Broken Bow store.

You will hire and train staff, schedule shifts, monitor costs, maintain safety and cleanliness, and drive sales. Strong leadership, communication, and a customer‑focused mindset are essential, as is flexibility to cover peak times.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a food service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for people.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset.
• Basic business math and computer skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
