Shift Leader (Manager in Training) is responsible for supporting the restaurant Managers in the execution of efficient, safe, and enjoyable restaurant operations.

We are looking for a team member who is friendly, energetic, and focused on delivering great customer service and high-quality subs.

Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant Managers in efficient, safe, and enjoyable restaurant operations.
• Demonstrate a passion for producing high quality food and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Engage customers and co-workers with friendly and engaging communication.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Lead and supervise a crew of 2 to 6 people.

• Must be 18+ years old
